We are looking for an experienced Energy Modelling Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in IES VE software and a strong background in energy modelling, sustainability assessments, and technical reporting within a consultancy environment.

- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Perform thermal modelling, TM54/TM52 assessments, and produce non-domestic EPCs.
- Conduct Passive Design Analysis and LZC feasibility studies.
- Advise clients on achieving BREEAM energy credits (e.g., ENE 01, ENE 04).
- Deliver NABERS UK assessments.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and work independently to meet project deadlines.
Person Specification:
- Expertise in IES VE software and energy modelling.
- Strong understanding of BREEAM and NABERS UK assessments.
- Proven ability to deliver energy assessments and sustainability solutions.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
- Comfortable working autonomously and in a consultancy setting.
- Experience with NABERS UK assessments.
