We are looking for an experienced Energy Modelling Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in IES VE software and a strong background in energy modelling, sustainability assessments, and technical reporting within a consultancy environment.

Job Description:

  • Perform thermal modelling, TM54/TM52 assessments, and produce non-domestic EPCs.
  • Conduct Passive Design Analysis and LZC feasibility studies.
  • Advise clients on achieving BREEAM energy credits (e.g., ENE 01, ENE 04).
  • Deliver NABERS UK assessments.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports and work independently to meet project deadlines.

Person Specification:

  • Expertise in IES VE software and energy modelling.
  • Strong understanding of BREEAM and NABERS UK assessments.
  • Proven ability to deliver energy assessments and sustainability solutions.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in a consultancy setting.
  • Experience with NABERS UK assessments.
