We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Senior Management Accountant Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
* Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
* Develop and maintain financial models to analyse business performance.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Manage and mentor junior finance team members.
* Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
* Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and controls.

Senior Management Accountant Requirements
* Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in management accounting or a similar financial role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
