Senior Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to contribute to the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organisation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.Senior Management Accountant Responsibilities* Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.* Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.* Develop and maintain financial models to analyse business performance.* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.* Manage and mentor junior finance team members.* Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.* Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and controls.Senior Management Accountant Requirements* Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).* Proven experience in management accounting or a similar financial role.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.If you are a driven and proactive finance professional looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you!
