Quality Technician Wanted!Up to £38,000 per annumDays

Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of products? Are you constantly seeking ways to improve processes and drive continuous improvement? We are looking for a talented Quality Technician to join our team in Weymouth and work primarily with our manufacturing department. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our products and driving the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and work together to enhance product performance- Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements- Identify and address any quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process- Provide technical support to production teams to ensure quality standards are met- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures- Develop and implement quality control measures to continuously improve product quality- Review and analyse quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions- Document and maintain accurate records of quality inspections and findings

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques- Experience with measurement tools and equipment- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot quality issues- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with quality control software preferred- Knowledge of risk assessment and quality management systems
