As a Business Co-ordinator Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, playing a key role in the daily operations of the company. Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure smooth adherence to company policies and guidelines. This role carries significant responsibility, requiring a pro active approach, strong decision-making, and exceptional problem-solving skills. The position is fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and a methodical approach, with a variety of tasks and great opportunities for career growth. The role is based on site in Weymouth.
Duties and responsibilities of the Business Coordinator / Project Coordinator
•     Daily operations within the business   Â
•     Prepare  Risk Assessment  Â
•     Guidelines, compliance & Polices such as BS1090, ISO 9001, 14001, and Safe Contractor certifications   Â
•     Manage personnel admin, new starter contracts
•     Manage travel arrangementsÂ
•     Managing companies  vehicles, ensuring MOT are all up to date, Servicing of vehiclesÂ
Qualifications and requirements for the Business Coordinator / Project Coordinator:
•      Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail Â
•      Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
•      Proficient IT skills  Â
•      Excellent written and oral communication skills  Â
•      Must be able to travel and Weymouth inÂ
