Are you a Project Engineer with a passion for making a difference within water and wastewater projects.  You will be working within Wiltshire, Dorset and Poole regions. This is your chance to support and lead the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet all objectives for time, budget, scope, and quality.  On a day to day basis you will:
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities. 
  • Define and control project scope using our robust processes and procedures. 
  • Address engineering challenges with innovative solutions. 
  • Keep management and customers fully informed on project progress. 
  • Manage scope through change management procedures. 
  • Prioritise business and client interests at all times. 
  • Operate within budget constraints and report variances promptly. 
  • Maintain accurate risk and issue registers with mitigating actions. 
  • Obtain relevant permits and ensure compliance. 
  • Act as the point of contact for engineers and technicians.  
  • Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and handover reports. 
  • Ensure all system processes align with our management system. 
  • Keep senior management updated on project delivery. 
  • Liaise with procurement on supplier and order management. 
  • Monitor sub-contractors to ensure compliance. 
You will need:
  • Experience with on-site engineering projects. 
  • Previous experience in the water industry (preferred but not essential). 
  • HND qualification in engineering or equivalent.
