Electrician

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Weymouth and surrounding area

Salary: £40K plus van and fuel card

We are looking for an electrician to join a local housing group on a permanent basis to deliver EICR and electrical repairs across their domestic properties in the area.

You will be included in an out of hours rota to provide emergency cover, which you will be paid extra for.

Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.

Day to Day:

• Fault finding and electrical maintenance
• EICR Tests
• Working in void and occupied housing association properties
• Working alone or as part of a small team
• Providing a friendly and professional service

Requirements:

• Full driving licence
• 2391 or 2392 (desirable)
• 18th Edition
• Relevant electrical qualification, City & Guilds 2330 Level 3, 2351 Levels 2 & 3 or 2360 pt 1&2. or NVQ Level 3
• A DBS check will be required
