REED are exclusively recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a Construction based client in Central Weymouth (Parking Available). This role is varied and key to support the Directors and Senior Management Team. Please see further details below:

Accounts Administrator / Office Manager

Salary - £24,000 - £26000 + BONUS (Salary up to £28,600) - Based Central Weymouth

37.5 hours per week

Varied position:

- Supporting the Senior Management Team

- Arranging quarterly conferences etc and providing basic HR support - (administration duties)

- Overseeing companies basic insurance policies and vehicle h&s.

- Accounts Experience

- Acting as meeting administrator at sales meetings/conferences to include taking minutes

- Preparing letters, presentations and report

- Maintain attendance records relating to sickness and other absences

- Keeping personnel records up to date

- Issue standard employment contracts and new starter packs under the guidance of the HR Manage

- Organise General secretarial duties across the Group

- Provide technical support and cover during periods of absence for the admin assistant, to include arranging collection of shipments and production of required documents

- Reconcile multi-currency bank accounts

- Arrange supplier payments

- Post monthly journals as required

- Produce draft monthly management accounts

- Verify VAT entries and submit monthly VAT return

- Monthly payroll using Moneysoft payroll manager

- Assist with the production of year end accounts to include liaising with external accountants

REQUIREMENTS

AAT qualification or qualified by experience

Secretarial, Office, HR or administrative qualification

Previous in-depth experience in similar role

Sound knowledge of MS Office programmes

Good interpersonal and time management skills

Previous experience using sharepoint or similar platform

Previous experience using Microsoft Teams

Efficient, organised and able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload

Highly reliable and discreet

Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

Adaptable
