A leader in residential adventure camps, as a Catering Team Leader and fuel the adventure with your culinary skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team in providing excellent food service, ensuring all guests and colleagues are well-prepared for their adventures.
Day-to-Day of the Role:- Lead a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining area is clean, inviting, and well-organized.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it is tasty and appealing.
- Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and service, addressing any dietary and allergen concerns promptly.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to streamline operations and enhance guest dining experience.
- Minimum of three months experience in a catering role.
- Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in handling complex dietary and allergen requirements.
- Previous experience working with young people and supervising a team is advantageous but not essential.
