Logistics Supervisor | £28,000 to £35,000 per annum | Weymouth

As the successful candidate for this Logistics Supervisor vacancy, you'll be working as a permanent member of the team within the UK's leading roofing and construction manufacturers supplying quality products to building merchants.

Benefits:

• Guaranteed full time hours - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Basic salary of £28,000 topped up to £35,000 with monthly commission and yearly bonuses

The Logistics Supervisor responsibilities will include (although are not limited to):

• Supervision of the Logistics and Warehouse departments including monitoring productivity
• Organisation of the warehouse and deligating duties including stock takes
• Maintain health and safety of the warehouse and equipment used at all times
• Using computer systems to maintain records, such as order processing and invoicing
• Ensure transport requirements and procedures are adhered to

To be the successful candidate for the Logistics Supervisor vacancy, you'll have:

• Experience in a warehouse environment or in purchasing
• Good computer skills including using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Problem solving skills and drive to lead a team
• Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
