Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
Managing spreadsheets and running reports
Communicating with clients
Invoicing
Producing customer quotations
Achieving targets set by upper management
Key skills required:
Excellent Customer Service skills essential
The ability to prioritise workload
Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
Experience in using a PC.
Details:
Monday to Friday, working 8.30am - 5pm.
Full-time, Permanent
£23,795.20 per year
