We are recruiting a Site Managerfor an established regional civil engineering and construction business, this project has a 37 week programme and is due to commence at the end of April.
Package of work includes Earthworks, installation of CFA Piled king post wall with an acoustic fence on top, Attenuation Tanks, SUDS, Foul sewer diversion, Foundations, Kerbs and street furniture.
The Site Agent is required to manage the programme, direct work force and site safety on a fast passed scheme.
The work will be delivered by direct labour as well as mixture of specialist subcontractors.
Duties include:
- Ensure all project activities comply with the requirements of the Contract.
- Review and amend Project RAMs and Construction phase plans with respect to the site-specific conditions
- Order materials as required.
- Client liaison
- Management of site team and work force
