Avocet Recruitment are working with a successful non-plc construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background in refurbishments to take over the large scale project in Weymouth. The company specialise in premium delivery on refurbishment and new build projects, on both residential and commercial scales.

The project is a refurbishment of a brewery into aparentments and will be ongoing for the next 2.5 years.

This is a long term contract position with scope to lead further projects for the right person.

The day rate is negotiable for the successful applicant.
