Office Manager
  • Part-time
  • 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday
  • Location: Weymouth
  • Salary: £36,000 pro rata
Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and court dates.
  • Maintain and update client files and legal documents.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support solicitors with administrative tasks and case management.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or legal studies will be an advantage.
