As the component finisher , you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently and in line with company standards. You will be responsible for adhering to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures, maintaining a strong focus on compliance throughout your daily tasks. Additionally, you will work within the framework of the Operator Control of Quality (OCQ) system, ensuring that production targets are met according to key performance indicators (KPIs).

Then Component Finishers responsibilities will involve but are not limited to working to aerospace quality standards, a key aspect of our operations. You will also collaborate closely with various departments, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with customer requirements. This role will require the use of specialized tools, including endoscopes and magnification equipment, to carry out intricate tasks. Maintaining a safe, organized, and tidy workspace at all times is also a vital aspect of this position.

You will also need to be comfortable using measuring equipment where applicable, and previous experience in the aerospace industry is highly desired. Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings, as well as following detailed job instructions, such as job cards, will be important to ensure that tasks are carried out accurately. Strong organizational skills are essential to maintain consistency and ensure traceability in all work processes

The Role:

* Working within aerospace quality standards.

The Person:
*Confident with using air tools and hand tools for intricate work.
* Ability to read and use measuring equipment where applicable.
* Aerospace industry experience (desired).
* Experience working with engineering drawings and working to instructions
