You'll be part of a team that discovers and hires top talent, working closely with clients to understand their needs, build relationships, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies to drive success.
This position covers a wide variety of activities (BD, admin, Meetings) so every day is a different day.
You’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a perfect match with client requirements.
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry professionals and talent pools.
- Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
We’re looking for an ambitious, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Â
This role is open to both experienced recruiters as well as trainee level.
You should have:
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Attitude: A proactive mindset, with a passion for helping people and solving challenges.
- Drive: A results-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
