Job Title: Service Administrator

Job Overview: Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing maintenance requests for our key clients by inputting the information onto our internal database, producing quotes for additional works required, general filing and archiving of emails and documents. Updating clients on their outstanding works. Working as part of a team responsible for ensuring our clients receive industry leading levels of service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer requests are logged onto the system.
  • Answering calls to customers, help desk and engineers. Ensuring clear communication and fast resolution to any issues.
  • Processing quotes for new maintenance requests.
  • Regularly update and maintain accurate records on the portal system,
  • Manage your inbox and ensure customers are responded to in a timely manner.

Experience Required:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in IT and computer systems (experience with database management is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is advantageous.
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Details:

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • 20 Days annual leave increasing to 25 Days with length of service.
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
  • Occasional overtime available
