We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Weymouth, Dorset
No experience is needed just a can-do attitude! We will ensure you receive all the required training to become a valued member of our team.
Location: Weymouth, Dorset
Salary: £12.58 per hour + flat fee sleep in rate
Hours: Full-time, Part-Time
*All shifts are on an advanced rota covering 24/7, and some sleep-ins ( paid at a separate flat rate) are required as part of any contract

As a Support Worker, youll work closely with adults with learning disabilities, helping them live more independently and achieve personal goalsbig or small. Your days will be varied and rewarding, from assisting with daily activities to creating fun, innovative ways to support each person in reaching their own potential.
You could be helping someone plan a budget, support them in pursuing a new hobby, or accompany them on a community outing. Every person is unique, and so is the support youll provide!
