About You:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
- Previous experience or qualifications in mental health care preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility in working hours. With alternative weekends required

Induction sessions occur every two weeks on Monday and Tuesday. Attendance is crucial, especially for part-time, weekend staff, and those with a second job. Flexibility is required as some training, such as manual handling, is only held on weekdays.
