Description
- Leading the development and implementation of technology solutions in line with company objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technology initiatives.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of technology projects.
- Managing project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology projects.
- Overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of technology systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Providing regular updates to senior management on the status of technology projects.
Profile
A successful Solutions Manager should have:
- A good understanding of Manufacturing systems including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- A really good technical understanding of a variety of solutions
- Proven experience of dealing with third parties and software vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of SAP (Manufacturing modules) is beneficial
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from 70,000 to 80,000 per annum.
- Hybrid working (2-3 days working from home per week)
