**What You Will Do:**
- Lead global design and development at part/module level, working within a cross-functional global team.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) application from vehicle and styling specifications.
- Create and manage part validation plans for suppliers, including supplier management focusing on cost, quality, and timing.
- Ensure meeting of regulation and safety performance requirements, alongside managing and reporting part cost performance against budget.
- Conduct quick root cause analysis of technical concerns and manage QCT for the efficient adoption of solutions.
- Perform design reviews before major project milestones, supporting global strategies with European customer insights and competitor benchmarking.

**What You Will Bring:**
- A Design/Engineering qualification, preferably at Degree level.
- Proficiency in NX CAD skills, with a focus on engineering rather than CAD design.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and explain ideas to a global audience.
- Knowledge of datum concepts/geometrical tolerancing and time management skills.
- Previous experience in automotive design and development, particularly in Body & Exterior manufacturing processes.
- A valid driving licence and the ability to travel globally.
