What You Will Do:
- Create concept sheets and support presentations, providing technical explanations for budget setting.
- Prepare Styling Feedback of A-Surface feasibility and technical requirements.
- Manage full parts development, ensuring adherence to cost, timing, and delivery specifications.
- Conduct RFQ (Request for Quotation) and quote & breakdown analysis for New Model Sourcing and Cost Management.
- Generate cost reduction ideas to maintain product competitiveness.
- Engage directly with suppliers and manage supplier activity, including cost, quality, and timing.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in automotive design and development, particularly within interior cabin parts/modules.
- Strong capability in cost breakdown analysis and cross-functional teamwork.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements across different regions.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel globally.
- Proficiency in CAD, time management, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
