Job Purpose:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's market presence within the automotive sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing key accounts effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within existing and adjacent markets, aligning with the latest industry standards.
  • Meet and exceed sales and revenue growth targets through strategic account management and customer relationship building.
  • Lead negotiations during the business acquisition process, providing commercial insights and determining competitive sales price objectives.
  • Prepare budgets and manage order intake targets, ensuring alignment with market expectations.
  • Handle customer claims and manage logistics or quality-related crises with a proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and key account managers across regions to ensure global consistency in client interactions.
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
  • Proven experience in key account management and commercial roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new business and entering new markets.
  • Highly driven, tenacious, and adaptable, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage but not essential.
