The Role:
We are seeking an outstanding teacher to join our dynamic team, teaching across a year 3 and 4 mixed class. The role will require you to deliver engaging lessons, foster positive relationships with students, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative learning environment. You will be expected to plan, teach, and assess effectively, ensuring that all students make excellent progress.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons
-Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
-Provide tailored support for students' individual needs
-Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
-Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum
-Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents

The Ideal Candidate:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-Experience in teaching primary-aged children (ideally within the relevant year groups)
-A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
-Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching
-Ability to work well as part of a team
-Excellent communication skills with children, staff, and parents
