Responsibilities for an Workshop Controller
- Ensure efficient workshop operations by scheduling daily activities and monitoring progress to meet key targets.
- Proactively plan for and procure required parts to support workshop repairs, working closely with the Parts Department.
- Ensure we meet the high standards our customers expect, by managing and mentoring workshop staff to deliver industry leading customer service.
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements for Workshop Controller
- A can do attitude
- Full UK licence
- Previous experience in mechanics/diagnostics of vehicles or machinery
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
