Lead Generator Required!


BE Recruitment are recruiting a lead generator in an impartial business energy comparison service based in Leicestershire. They are dedicated to helping businesses find the best energy deals and reduce their energy costs. As part of their growth, they are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. Based in Whetstone (LE8).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct B2B sales to generate leads for our energy comparison services.
  • Engage in cold calling using a manual dialler (with a bespoke CRM system in place from next month).
  • Collaborate closely with Energy Sales Consultants to close deals, with a lucrative commission structure in place.
  • Participate in in-house training sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends.
  • Receive ongoing support and training to enhance skills and career progression.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Background in recruitment consultancy or B2B sales consultancy is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the energy sector.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30
  • Friday: 09:00 - 16:30
