Tackling key technical problems & guiding engineers
Taking full ownership & accountability of the software & controls teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Embedded Software Engineering
Experience leading a team as a manager, head of, director.
Driven leadership style to grow the software and controls function
