- Setting clear objectives & driving team performance
- Tackling key technical problems & guiding engineers
- Taking full ownership & accountability of the software & controls teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Embedded Software Engineering
- Experience leading a team as a manager, head of, director.
- Driven leadership style to grow the software and controls function
