We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Customer Service Advisor who has experience working as part of a small team with high levels of customer service deliver and the ability to problem solve when needed.  

What the Customer Service Advisor job involves

  • Maintaining regular contact with customers based all over the world via email and telephone, logging all information on the CRM.
  • Monitoring the email inbox for enquiries and respond efficiently and effectively, dealing with any queries.
  • Processing customer orders through Sage.
  • Sending out samples to customers.
  • Booking transport for order dispatch, keeping the customer up to date at all times.
  • Managing any complaints within the SLA’s and tracking through the CRM system.
  • Reviewing allocated customer accounts for trends and reductions in orders to proactively manage these changes and keep the customer updated and informed.

Skills required

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation with a strong eye for detail.
  • Customer service experience from within a Business to Business environment.
  • Able to manage their own workload and prioritise accordingly.

Other information

  • Full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Car parking available
  • 20 days holiday + Bank holidays, increasing to 25 after 1  year service

  • This role is 100% office based due to the nature of the role.
