Salary: £42,000 (DOE)
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work)

About the Role: My client is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee services at an exciting B&I contract in Whitby. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing catering, retail, and cleaning services while ensuring an outstanding service experience for both customers and clients. You will play a key role in achieving financial targets, maintaining excellent service standards, and fostering strong relationships with the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet financial targets for revenue and margins
- Ensure the delivery of all services according to company standards
- Lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional service
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to ensure optimal service delivery
- Provide day-to-day leadership, management, and coaching to your team
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering financial targets within a commercial environment
- Experience in contract catering management is essential
- Strong management experience in retail or catering services
- Cleaning management experience is preferable
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team coaching and development
