What's the job?

Located just on the Wales border, you'll be working for a forward-thinking, dynamic business that has invested heavily in their nursery.

You'll be working in their liner production unit, which is 4 hectares of glasshouse.

The day-to-day will see you covering all tasks to grow quality stock, including potting, optimising space, and managing pest and disease strategy.

This role will see you working closely with the wider team. You'll be talking to the stock team, sales team to make sure everyone is on the same page.

They have a strong operations team that manages the supervision of people and the day-to-day operations, but you'll be there to support in training and development. This means you get to focus on what you love, growing.

The business is well-known for their innovation, so you'll get the opportunity to support with this. This could be in trials, technology and more.

This diverse role will give you the opportunity to see the wider business, and work at the forefront of the industry whilst using your previous expertise.

What do I need?

You'll know all about working in commercial nurseries, having experience in glasshouses before.

You don't need to be an expert in what they grow. If you've got the commercial glasshouse experience and an interest in learning a different crop, then we want to hear from you.

Ideally, you'll have your PA1 and PA6, this way you can hit the ground running with pest and disease management.
