What You Will Do:
• Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.• Oversee the monthly payroll process using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, managing conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with company policies and UK employment law.• Drive the recruitment and onboarding of top talent, partnering with recruitment teams and supporting career development and succession planning.• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UK employment laws and industry standards, generating insightful HR reports for senior leadership.• Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and line managers on all HR-related matters, leveraging your expertise to influence and build strong relationships.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar HR role, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.• Essential knowledge of ADP payroll systems, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and tax implications.• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in payroll and data management.• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent, with a passion for driving HR excellence in a dynamic work environment.
