- Production of accurate and timely management accounts for multiple entities
- Work with the Financial Controller and accounting staff to ensure the integrity of the recording of financial information into Sage
- Act as the business partner to the Managing Director to manage project costs
- Support the completionof CIS returns and overseeing retentions
- Producing annual budgets and rolling monthly forecasts
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts for monthly review (prepayments, accruals, sales control accounts)
- Intercompany recharging andbalance reconciliations
- Preparation of year endstatutory accounts with the support of external accountants
- Management of year end statutory audits and periodic HMRC audits.
