Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to work for a well-established, independent, family run business. This permanent role will be covering the Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Bucks and Hertfordshire areas including 1 day a week in the Maidenhead hub, which is where the initial training and administration will be based from.
Monday - Friday.
40 hours a week (flexible due to own diary management).
GBP26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.
The main responsibilities of the Field Sales Representative are but not limited to:
路 Giving exceptional service to new and existing clients and delivering sales of high quality products.
路 Targeting new business opportunities.
路 Administration including completing quotations, emails, reports and diary management.
路 Maintaining customer records on the company system.
路 Liaising with Line Manager for weekly work plans, reports and sales updates.
The Field Sales Representative will need to have the below qualities and skills:
路 A sales background including client engagement to understand client needs and requirements to be able to match those to solutions.
路 Exceptional customer service and excellent client relationship management.
路 Basic computer skills.
路 Passionate for success.
路 Excellent organisation skills.
A full driving licence is essential.
