Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for your next opportunity? Our education client in Whitehaven is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join their busy team. This is a fantastic temporary role starting on 6th January and running until at least April, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
As an Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the department by taking on a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries.
- Performing daily administrative tasks to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
- Recent administrative experience and a proven ability to handle office duties effectively.
- An excellent telephone manner and a professional approach to communication.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Additional Information:
Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced DBS check will be required, which will be paid for by Adecco.
