Role Details

  • Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Income

  • Location: Sir Christopher Harding House, North Shore Rd, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 6AX

  • Contract: 6-month temporary assignment with potential to turn permanent

  • Hourly Pay Rate: £13.60

  • Working Hours: From 37 hours per week, full-time on-site

  • Training: Full training provided, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm for 8 weeks

  • Start date: 31/03/2025

  • Passion for Customer Service: Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service is valuable. You'll own customer contacts from receipt through to resolution, ensuring promised actions are completed and customers are kept informed.
