Your Role as a Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice and expert point of contact for any water or wastewater queries and complaints. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality, helpful, and friendly service to our valued customers. Role Details
- Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Network Enquiries
- Location: Sir Christopher Harding House, North Shore Rd, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA287XY
- Contract: 12-month temporary assignment
- Hourly Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour
- Training: Full training provided, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm for the first 6 weeks
- Working Hours: Dynamic work schedule with shifts between 7am and 8pm, Monday - Sunday (8-hour shifts across 5 days, 37 hours per week). Weekend shifts every other week. Shift patterns provided 6 weeks in advance.
