Role Overview:
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction site, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering the project on time and within budget. The role involves liaising with clients, contractors, and subcontractors while maintaining a high standard of quality control throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision: Manage and oversee the day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Office Fit-Out: Specialize in office fit-outs, including both Cat A (basic shell and core) and Cat B (customization and design to client's needs) projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality interiors and functional spaces.
  • Pre-Starts: Ability to commence preparation and planning during the pre-start week, including setting up site safety measures, materials, and coordination with teams to ensure smooth project initiation.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed on-site, conducting regular risk assessments.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site teams, including subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers, to ensure work is completed to schedule.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and handling any concerns or modifications.
  • Budget & Time Management: Monitor project costs, ensuring work is completed within the budget and on time, mitigating any potential delays.
