Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Project Engineer with a background in Nuclear on a perm basis, to be located in Whitehaven, Cumbria.
Key Experience
- Large scale new build industrial HVAC experience (design, install, ideally full lifecycle)
- Assist with developing criteria and defining requirements for the systems.
- Completing calculations related to sizing and selecting systems and participating in the development of Air flow schematic
- Duct and Instrumentation Diagrams, and general equipment arrangements.
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or other engineering degree)
- 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical HVAC design
- Ability to lead multiple mechanical and plumbing resources on larger capital projects
- Ability to work on-site in a team environment co-located with the customer
- Adhere to schedule deadlines and budget limitations
