Job Title:Operations Support Administrator

Location:Congleton

Salary:up to 30,000 d.o.e.

Join an expandingteam as a Support Administrator, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations by supporting the departments alongside colleagues in the Projects & Service Teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule maintenance visits using Excel and resource planning tools
  • Generate weekly and monthly customer reports
  • Set up new projects and manage order handling within SAP
  • Input data into CRM systems and create quotations
  • Handle invoicing and manage customer billing plans
  • Welcome guests and organise client lunches
  • Book travel arrangements and raise purchase requisitions
