We are recruiting on behalf of one of the most exciting Fin-tech organisations in the country.

We are looking for a Bid Manager to join for an initial 3-month period. This is hybrid, but predominantly on site 3 days a week.

Key responsibilities:

Ensuring bids are optimised against evaluation criteria by managing, motivating, challenging and directing subject matter experts in the business effectively.
Understanding and communicating risks of each bid, liaising with teams across the business to ensure risks are understood/mitigated.
Proactively keep up to date with the competitive marketplace, working closely with market intelligence, sales and product to ensure competitive advantages and strategy are well understood and proposals are shaped around these areas.
Leading and motivating a small Bid team.
