Transactional Finance Team ManagerPermanent & Full-timePembrokeshire with a hybrid work pattern£40-50,000 per annum This is an outstanding role for an established Transactional Finance expert! As a Transactional Finance Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of 4 ledger clerks from this well established and market leading businesses Pembrokeshire offices, overseeing the crucial functions of accounts payable, receivable, and credit control. Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of financial transactions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 4 ledger clerks, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Accounts Payable: Overseeing the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoicing and collections, maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure prompt payments.
  • Credit Control: Implement and monitor credit policies, assessing creditworthiness and managing credit limits to minimise risk.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

In order to be eligible for this role, you will need to display the following (please make sure your CV reflects these);

  • Proven experience in transactional finance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
