Are you looking for a new and exciting Contact Centre opportunity?We鈥檙e looking for dedicated Customer Service Officers to join Fleet My New Car at Northumbria Manufacturing Hub based in Northumberland.

You will report directly to the Assistant Commercial Team Manager and handle all incoming queries relating to the provision of lease cars for public sector organisations.

The role entails working within a fast-paced environment, dealing with customers via telephone and email, so a well-organised person with excellent communication and skills is a must.

Location: Northumbria Manufacturing Hub - Seaton Delaval.

Salary - 拢25,674

The hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, flexible working policy around core hours of 08:30-17:30

Main duties

路Develop and maintain relationships with key industry personnel.

路Handle all problems/issues relating to the provision of lease cars - this process involves complex queries and negotiation is often necessary, as is a sensitive approach.

路Deal with a wide variety of queries from employees, leasing companies, dealers, pool car providers/users, insurance brokers and managers/budget holders.

路Provide contentious information in a professional manner.

路The post holder is required to explain financial aspects of the scheme.

路Describe and explain technical specifications of different manufacturers and models of car.

路Understand and explain the varying complexities of salary sacrifice and how these relate to the car lease scheme.

路Manage the delivery of vehicles with lease companies/dealers.

路Ensure vehicles are ordered at the most advantageous price from the panel of suppliers.

路Evaluate quotations for repairs of vehicles.

路Be responsible for converting quotations into business.

路Identify and react to potential customer enquiries ensuring a very high level of accuracy.

路Work efficiently and enthusiastically towards team targets.

路Identify and highlight potential sales opportunities.

路Responsible for answering routine customer queries prior to the point of order ensuring the highest possible conversion rates are achieved.

路Handle routine queries from drivers over the sales element of the scheme.

This is a fast-paced but highly rewarding role, with a team orientated approach. You will also receive plenty of support so you鈥檙e able to perform this role with confidence.

About you

路Academically educated to A level/NVQ level 3 standard or relevant experience in a customer service environment or business administration.

路Knowledge and expertise gained through experience of working within a customer service industry.

路Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

路Knowledge or experience of working with databases.

路Ability to retain and recall large amounts of data and information.

路Good communication skills

路The ability to plan and organise ongoing tasks.

路Can analyse and rectify often complex discrepancies/errors between order values/invoices, costs, and user contributions.

路Can meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
