Sushi Gourmetare recruiting for an Experienced Assistant Sushi Chef Managerto come and lead our team inSainsbury's kiosk inNewsteads Dr, Whitley Bay NE25 9EX

- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
And are able to:
- Assist the Chef Manager during absence and Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
- Be a skilled multitasker
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6:00am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Qualifications
Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are Desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
