About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Programmes Manager to lead high-volume professional and technical recruitment. You will manage recruitment processes, oversee teams, and ensure compliance while meeting client needs. The role involves setting KPIs and optimizing recruitment operations to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage efficient recruitment and onboarding structures to support high-volume white-collar recruitment programmes.
• Manage and lead recruitment teams, providing guidance on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to senior leadership.
• Deliver recruitment solutions that meet the needs of internal and external clients, ensuring timely and successful hiring outcomes.
• Oversee the use of recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns across social media and online job platforms.
• Ensure post-placement support and candidate aftercare procedures are in place, fostering long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage contractors, ensuring compliance and competency management are fully controlled and maintained.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs and employer days, to attract top talent.
• Proven ability to build recruitment and onboarding structures that support organizational goals.
• Experience in delivering high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of recruitment and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in KPI setting and delivery, with strong reporting skills to share insights with team members and senior leadership.
