The Business:Delighted to be working with a fast-paced, growing business in the heart of the NE - Looking to build out their team and seeking a senior CRM Lead to pave the way forward with a CRM Strategy.The Role:You will bring forward at least 5+ years of similar experience, ideally leadership experience and able to deliver a CRM strategy to maintain retention, develop a loyalty scheme, manage the growth of customer acquisitions and engagement.You will be data-driven, able to develop and adapt a CRM Strategy, optimise campaigns and use insights for continuous improvement.Campaign execution is key, performance analysis and retention strategies will be at the heart of this role.The Person:You will show a can-do attitude, willing ness to learn and mentor one direct report.  You will be able to work closely alongside the customer service team to build retention and provide support where needed.You will be able to work within a fast-paced, high growth environment and able to adapt and develop along with the business.Expertise in Klaviyo, Google Analytics and GDPR will be advantageous.This role is predominantly on-site.
