We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager to join the team in the vibrant coastal town of Whitley Bay! They take pride in delivering exceptional property services to their clients while embracing the unique charm of this delightful town. They are dedicated to providing top-notch customer experiences and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services.

2. Property Marketing: Create eye-catching property listings, utilising various channels to attract potential tenants.

3. Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms and guide clients through the letting process.

4. Property Management: Oversee the smooth management of properties, handling maintenance issues, inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations.

5. Administrative Tasks: Manage documentation, contracts and financial transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

Previous experience in property management or lettings negotiation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of local property markets and regulations.

A proactive and positive attitude.

Hours of work: Mon - Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.00am -4.00pm
