Senior Recruitment Consultant (Full-time, Permanent)


Location: Whitley Bay, UK (Flexible hours, with 1 day per week remote)
Salary: Very attractive and negotiable, subject to experience, plus generous bonus and commission

About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage high-volume white-collar recruitment within engineering and construction sectors. You will work with an established customer base, building strong relationships with hiring managers on complex projects. The role involves managing recruitment processes efficiently and meeting demanding client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment for high-volume white-collar roles across engineering and construction projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to address complex recruitment needs.
  • Handle proactive business development and account management with an existing client base.
  • Utilize CRM systems for effective reporting and communication.
    Manage varied white-collar technical roles, ensuring efficient time and workload management.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in construction, nuclear, power, oil and gas, marine, or defence sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive in business development and account management.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and generating reports.
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
