We are looking for a proactive Mental Health Recovery Practitioner in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside who has the experience and leadership skills to join our supported living service.

Key Responsibilities: Supporting individuals with mental health needs using a recovery-focused approach you will collaborate with service users, families, housing, and other agencies to assess needs and plan transitions. You will foster independence and personal fulfillment through co-produced support plans and promote a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere and positive relationships. Ensuring services meet contract requirements, quality standards, and desired outcomes the Recovery Practitioner leads and manages the staff team, overseeing their professional development and training. You will build strong partnerships with community organizations and statutory services, overseeing property management, compliance and reporting.

Requirements: Experience working with people with mental health needs is essential including knowledge of mental health conditions, recovery principles and interventions. You will have a commitment to equality, diversity, and community-based approaches with strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
