I have partnered with a largely growing organisation who due to their continued growth are recruiting for a UK & Ireland Sales Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth, increase sales, market share, and profitability. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, sales pipeline management, and building strong relationships with key clients and industry influencers.
Day to Day of the role for the Sales Manager:
- Develop and execute a detailed sales strategy and business plan, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, ensuring smooth collaboration with relevant departments from order to invoicing.
- Focus on the market segment, executing account plans and strategies.
- Stay abreast of economic, industry, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients and expanding the customer base.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Sales Manager:
- Experience working or knowledge of Laboratory equipment is essential.
- Proven experience in a successful Sales/Business Development role.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven track record in sales performance.
- Ability to interpret market trends and data.
- Independent and collaborative work skills.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.

- £50000-£55000 salary based on experience
- 10% net margin commission structure
