Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Fire Protection background with a NVQ2 Qualification or similar looking for an autonomous role where you will oversee the planning, maintenance and pricing of passive fire protection solutions in a primarily office based role with regional travel around London and the South East within an up and coming company who offer a company car as well as the opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing success of the business?


This company provide passive fire protection solutions within the commercial and residential industry all around the UK, they have been operating for 5+ years and seen continual growth year on year. They specialise in the installation, maintenance and servicing of various fire protection equipment, and are looking for a contracts Manager with a strong knowledge within the Fire industry to manage ongoing projects.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for end to end project and cost management, overseeing the work being carried out on site through site visits to assist on quotations, as well as producing relevant Health and safety documents to ensure safe management of staff. You will work Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm travelling regularly across London and the South East with some travel across the UK.

This dynamic role would suit a Contracts Manager with a background in Fire protection, looking for a technical leadership role within a new company who offer the opportunity to make the role your own.

The Role:

  • End to end project and cost management
  • Carry out site visits- primarily across London and the South East (with some further travel)
  • Producing relevant Health and safety documents
  • Liaise with senior leadership, clients and contractors on site
  • Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm

The Person:

  • Contracts Manager or similar
  • Fire protection background
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar qualification
  • Commutable to Whitstable
  • Happy to travel across the UK- Full Driving Licence
